Pros
a big company with stable performance, easy and quiet environment. most people are nice. simple work task and not much stress.
Cons
the pay is not so good for some people, some managers are not good enough for technology, the promotion is not open for everyone. most of the people just can keep the way when they joined.
Advice to Senior Management
the people is more important than others , the voice should be heard and the courage to promote the people should be praised.
