Pros
Great place to work overall. Great campus, some of the friendliest people there, even the executive team! Sybase is definitely one of the companies on the fence (in terms of success) and a lot of people are hopping on the band wagon.
Cons
I was stuck at a low-entry position and had difficulty moving up. It can be a VERY politically motivated work space. It's basically "who you know" even within the company. I got to admit also, HR staff is really useless
Advice to Senior Management
Improve the infrastructure of HR. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing, you guys are doing great!
