Pros – Good Company. Casual timings. No dress code

Cons – Poor Salary. The salary hike is less

Cons – Hectic work, Bad culture, Bad Practice

Pros – Increment, Incentive & Payout always on time, no delay

Cons – Service policies & strategy and implementation of same.

Advice to Senior Management – Should own technicians, may be recruit as third party. But there should be company technicians at every ASM towns.
