I worked at Symphony Teleca full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Symphony has been a great company till the decline started 3 years ago. Good clients, work in newer technologies, and a good group of leaders and people with a good friendly culture used be the defining attributes. Sadly today all of them are gone.

    Cons

New CEO started 3-4 years ago. Since then the senior and middle leadership have been systematically humiliated, demoralised and exited in many cases. Heavy handed bullying and undermining the other leaders is what he does best. The company has become unfriendly, employees are insecure and managers are caught in between the CEOs holy talk and unholy deeds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the CEO if you want to save the company!
