    Pros

    Great people to work with.

    Cons

Horrible people to work for. There was almost a distain for employees from management and that led to a serious disrespect for management. Employees became dollars signs. If we fire one good person, can we get 3 more to replace? That was the attitude. I have never worked for a company where I really didn't care. They fired our co-workers to hire their friends. Nepotism was a problem.

    Advice to Management

    Leave.....

    Pros

Good people trying to work with bad or non-existent systems.
Ability to telecommute and take time off as needed.

    Cons

Incompetent executive team, waiting for the buy-out checks. Completely disengaged from the business.

    Advice to Management

Manage the poor performers out instead of moving them around. Learn what we do best and focus on that!

    Pros

Some of my peers were wonderful to work with and wanted to project their best efforts.

    Cons

The big guns were unwilling to hire talent and compensate them for their experience. There are to many inexperienced people employed there. Poor communication.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who have the proper experience instead of going cheap by moving people up from with in. Give proper training to those that you promote. Pay your people better and respect their work/life balance.

    Pros

very few pros- salary was okay. The people that actually worked were unhappy.

    Cons

Upper management is the very worst, they could care less about their customers. Leadership could care less about the employees. The working conditions were dreadful.

    Advice to Management

Stop acting like you know it all and start listening

  9. I was embarassed by our delivery to customers & unable to support the "smoke & mirrors" method of operating any longer.

    Pros

Management level compensation. A small core group of hard working people that conducted their business with integrity & concern for the customer, in spite of the many internal road blocks.

    Cons

Unstable, outdated systems & procedures. Environment does not foster employee morale & team work. More internal fighting than external delivery. Deceptive practices with customers. Inconsistent policies. Bias toward certain groups.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your infrastructure. Discover & address the root of issues indiscriminately vs. bandaiding them. Consider the voice of your customers & employees & communicate with transparent truthfulness. Eliminate the negative, devisive culture from the top down.
