    Unfortunately, very disappointing.

    ProsGreat people, great holiday schedule, and a generally upbeat and friendly atmosphere for the most part, at least in the beginning.

    ConsUnorganized managerial structure, lack of communication from upper management, assortment of interoffice politics constantly got in the way of work flow and there was def. a ceiling defining how far certain people could advance.

    Advice to Senior ManagementGet it together.

    Disappointing and disingenuous, not as expected during interview and start.

    ConsLack of specifics leading up to buyout
    Confirmed dip in morale following buyout
    Left hanging regarding status of job security
    Surprised at decreasing career opportunities, responsibilities, and business.
    Confirmed increase in closed door meetings, lack of communication, hoarding of information and loss of decision-making following buyout.
    Buyout good for select few, worse long-term for sizable portion.
    Uncertain business outlook leading up to the buyout and confirmed restlessness following buyout.

    Advice to Senior ManagementNew management: pay attention to company culture and climate.
    Important to look beyond dollars and cents.
    Look at how company brand is perceived by the market and public.

    Can be frustrating, part confusing, just the way it is.

    absences, irregular hours
    can be confusing if not privy to same information as others
    meeting client expectations across teams can be frustrating if not included in "select" group

    Advice to Senior Managementbe more transparent in thought processes, good, and not so good news
    communicate specific plans to address concerns
    include everyone, try not to leave out people
    positive, constructive communication, delegation, and support may help in trying times.
