    Pros

    Great colleagues who are all hard working.
    Fun work and you get lots of experience in all fields of production.
    Chance to innovate.
    Self motivation is key to being here

    Cons

    Sometimes a disconnect with the main office in Atlanta.
    Great for go-getters. Followers not so much.

    Pros

    Great people, great holiday schedule, and a generally upbeat and friendly atmosphere for the most part, at least in the beginning.

    Cons

    Unorganized managerial structure, lack of communication from upper management, assortment of interoffice politics constantly got in the way of work flow and there was def. a ceiling defining how far certain people could advance.

    learn how company operates
    good if included in "select" group.

    Cons

    change of direction and managing changes
    fractured culture
    in-fighting
    politicized
    closed door meetings
    absences, irregular hours
    can be confusing if not privy to same information as others
    meeting client expectations across teams can be frustrating if not included in "select" group

    be more transparent in thought processes, good, and not so good news
    communicate specific plans to address concerns
    include everyone, try not to leave out people
    positive, constructive communication, delegation, and support may help in trying times.
