Former Employee – worked at Synechron full-time for more than a year

Pros – - do not know if salary is better, but you end up working more days then too.
- on Bench you may get taste of some new technologies, ony syn bench is better than other companies so called COE's here.

Cons – - No transparency
- Management high headed
- No WL balance, on top only 15 leaves including casual eaves
- Resourcing teams drives this company which people does not know in other companies
- on mercy of acct managers to get out of bench, have to be thru multiple interviews. Normally long bench periods few exceptions are always there.
- Even you have to apply leaves on Diwali, christmas, dushera, holi etc.. on mercy of your manager

Advice to Senior Management – Look for some WL balance, listen to employees more not managers with some leadership

Cons – Internal processes need further strenghthening.

Cons – there are many -ve stuff with this company. they dont have much projects, still theey want to hire for bench.

Pros – Synechron is a domain focused company, where technology is given a lot of importance. With its expertise management, we get a chance to enhance our knowledge and skills. There is a lot of transparency in the management and senior management can be approached with any hesitation.

Cons – Nothing as of now. Going good

Pros – Synechron has given me a platform to grow and reach new heights....Its got great benifits for employees in terms of compensation....Employee care is one of the main focus points.....They help all employees to get training in their spcific areas of specialization.....Quality people in Synechron...

Pros – party culture
work timings are ok

Cons – Don't follow any process
company spend lots of money on party and entertaining clients instead of spending on employes

Pros – Pay structure is good.
Good party culture
Can grow if you have connections in company.

Cons – Besides some major accounts (1 major, 2 middle level) there is no other works in company.
multiple projects with 2-4 person strengths are there.
They do not follow policy, every thing is case to case basis.
The down side of good payments is that you are treated as slaves.
Resource mapping is done on ad hoc basis. Resource Managers are the ultimate boss and expect everybody to obey there wishes.
Job security is not present.
