    Pros

Right from the inception days, Synechron's core values have been the foundation to its success. From top management to associate level, everyone believes in creating role models for the next tier and not just bodies who execute projects. The combination of a fun loving work environment, challenging projects, inspirational and helpful peers and recognition for ones hard work has helped Synechron keep attrition to a minimum. From peers to seniors, everyone is very methodical, process oriented and approachable. Alongside working on challenging projects, we have an opportunity to constantly evolve our skills in our domain of expertise. Based on ones ability to take on new challenges, growth is a sure thing at Synechron.

    Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

    Pros

CEO and the partners are well connected and takes personal interest in employee centric issues.

    Cons

Unclear Administrative process and policies, No program to groom the next layer of leaders, Promotions without powers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lack of transparency by the upper management is hurting the core value of the company and is leading to a lot of dissatisfied employees. The number of dissatisfied employees i come across today is way higher and i don't think this has anything to do with their Incumbency or the size of the company.

    Pros

Irrelevant, unrelated, inappropriate, immaterial, extraneous, beside the point, impertinent, inapt, inapplicable and insignificant section!

    Cons

Easily the worst company one could work for. A lot of negatives with hardly there positives. Lack of job security and pathetic benefits, the rest negatives are all there in other reviews.
My friends, if you want peace of mind don't come here. All the positive reviews that you see here are written by Synechron's HR folks who are under the gun to improve the falling ratings on Glassdoor. Read the other reviews and make up your mind to not join this company. You will make a big mistake if you join this wretched company. They will offer you truck loads of money but don't fall for it, go for a company offering lesser money and a life!

I have been working at Synechron full-time

    Pros

I see a lot of people raving about the money factor here but that's just the only thing that I have seen good about this company. Where are the high profile clientele? They keep hiring in large numbers and advertising over all sorts of media but frankly all this looks like a cover-up. Yes, people have benefited from the "growth" of the company - no doubt about that. But those are a minority as compared to the majority who have have had a bitter experience.

I have a couple of questions to ask the people who call this company a great company -
    1. Can you explain why people are kept on bench for such a long time? When you didn't have the projects, why hire them?
    2. Can you explain why people are fired in large numbers for no faults of theirs?
    3. Can you also explain the high attrition rates?
    4. You call yourselves the fastest growing company in India. Really? Can you reveal your profit numbers, your source of funds?
    5. Why don't you go public? Is there something to hide?
    6. Why don't you hire outside people at Director positions? Are you afraid that they might outsmart some of your existing people at that positions?
    7. Can you explain your poor leave policy and your shift timings? 15 days of leave is below industry standards and sorry, 12 to 9 shifts don't help you accomplish any personal work in the mornings. That is all hogwash.

    Cons

Glassdoor should just give one section to put all pros and cons. I don't have anything to say in this section.
