Pros – Their training is the best.
one of the recruiters called me and i felt she was giving the true picture and i joined them and after that i was really impressed.
they did a GOOD JOB.
THEY HAVE VERY GOOD STIPEND WHICH IS GOOD FOR STUDENTS LIKE ME.
Good client base and long term projects and pay is always on time.

Cons – too much to study.
once you go in they make you work hard and they will fin a project for you.
but the training is very hard, but really great trainig.

Advice to Senior Management – Great for java and they only do java and their program structure is really good.

Pros – Excellent training.The trainers are really great .
They spend X number of hours to resolve your issues.
Their training is very structured and they try to cover A to Z in java.
Marketing is really fast and calls have all the time.
I just have a confirmation with a very big client and i should start in April.

Cons – Its serious JAVA.
It requiers a lot of work form the students and from the trainers.
They are very strict with sessions, test and assignments.
During marketing you get way too many call ssometimes you will not have time for breaks

Advice to Senior Management – Good company .
They stick to their word and very transparent

Pros – Synergisticit is the best for java.
They make sure that you know everything before you get calls and they train you really well.
Once you join them there is no doubt,they will get you a job.
All you have to do is trust them

Cons – Too much to study,
They give lot of assigmnents and test.
Calls pour in all day long which is little too much to handle.

Pros – Their trainers are very knowledgeable and they have like 5 of them. There is no doubt it??s a lot of hard work (with all the assignments and 3-4 hours of training everyday going on) once you put efforts, they will find you a job. They have such an excellent marketing team and in practically no time they will find you a job. Their placement rate is really very good. They provided really good training, highly professional work atmosphere. I do not have any complaints against them.

Cons – lots of assignments and tests.So be prepared to spend atleast 5 -6 hours after the training

Pros – If you want to do java join them. I am still in the training process and i really got to learn so many things. I have my friend join different firms but they are not happy or they dont get thing kind of training . The trainers also want to make sure you have good knowledge in the subject, so they question you every now and then.I would say that they are the best in Java. I have also seen people getting placed with my own eyes. I cant wait to get into the market.

Cons – The projects which they give will make you loose your mind but its great during the interviews.

Pros – had been wanting to start my java training ever since I enrolled myself with my masters, however, most places will not allow you to start until you graduate or have your CPT/OPT in hand. I've always been the believer that the earlier you start the better, so I did a lot of online research trying to find places that have good online classes for Java. This place is the only one that really teaches the skills for facing an interview, with more of practicals. They have a pretty intense exam/interview to get into the class, which I appreciate because I want myself to be on the same level as my classmates. The trainers are HIGHLY knowledgeable as they all compete with the other trainers and are certified. I feel extremely confident in asking them any questions I might have. Each class has only 5-6 students, which is fantastic because I can have a really hard time focusing if there are lots of students in the class. It also allows for one on one time with the trainers. I am extremely pleased

Cons – really hard training- iThey have a pretty intense exam/interview to get into the class.
we have to put in 5-6 hours of work after the sessions

Pros – working with them on a project for last eight months, with a client in Dublin,OH, 12 + months position. One thing is there, salary is always on time. That does matter a lot. Was with some other company before them, never got paid on time. thankfully they are decent enough!! Got opt extension also right on time.

Cons – There is no way you can fool around with them, they keep you or they let go off you if you are not serious.

Advice to Senior Management – Sometimes they are very strict for no reason, i think its b'cos of bad experinece which affects us students.

Pros – Great place for Java and Pl/SQL .Fair, Young environment. A lot of fun and room to move around within the company.working with them on a project for last three months, with a client in seattle, 12 months position. One thing is there, salary is always on time. That does matter a lot. Was with some other company before them, never got paid on time. thankfully they are decent enough

Cons – They line up interviews all day and your phone never stops ringing.I spoke with few candidates and they also gave me a very good feebdback and their placement program.
 If you want to go for Java i would recommend Synergisticit.

Pros – Great consulting frim to work with for Java. Their training is excellent. They only submit you to well reputed clients and only for long term projects.stayed in the guest house which was just like apartment that I would prefer renting for myself

Cons – Super good marketing. Call pour in all day long. hard to even remember wih whom all you spoke to.

Pros – Nothing in particular. They have the best training to my knowledge in Java. I am really happy that I have joined them.
They train us so much and we learn so much not only for java but to improve our own personality.
I have personally seen everyone getting projects.

Cons – Its just not training. They make us work so hard and the assignments really make you a java developer. I have slept only for 3 hours in a day for so many weeks to finish my projects.
I did not have any problem in marketing cos' they have 'n' number of good clients.
