    Pros

Good company with great people of integrity.

    Cons

Weak manager. Some of cultural strength and values have been lost during past 5+ years. Benefits have narrowed and promotions are fewer.

    Advice to Management

Define and implement projects in line with stragic initiatives to improve efficiencies in execution.

    Pros

I can't think of a positive for working here.

    Cons

You are chained to your desk and have to account for every second of the day. Forget about getting to go to the bathroom too many times. Management will lie to you about ability to post for other positions as well.

    Advice to Management

Your systems crash way too frequently. Instead of adding new services that you don't know if they will work, try fixing the services you have and get them running consistently before you add more.

    Pros

If you like being trapped in a position at 40 k with good benefits, and not a whole lot else going on, then Im sure you'll do great. Contentment, sure. Success, maybe.

    Cons

They acted like the recession was the employee's fault and took it out on them in a big way. The whole "Fortune 100 best places to work for" thing is because they shove the surveys down your throat repeatedly. They're into titling and awards more than they are paying people. Can't blame 'em.

    Advice to Management

    Quit worrying about window dressing.
