    To start with its a good company

    ProsInduction training, cross trainings, Skill enhancement trainings. They let you decide if you want to take up a project or not. Proper guidance to get settled into projects. Overall a good company to start off.

    ConsIncrement is low. Nothing else.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease have a transparent appraisal system. Those in good terms with managers get decent hikes and those not have to suffer.

    ProsYou will get your salary delayed by 10 days but you will get it.

    ConsUS hires are treated bad by all staff as they earn more money. Very bad health insurance. Too much politics, people go to an extent to sabotaging projects to prove they are valuable.

    Advice to Senior ManagementValue the resources who deliver, try to reduce politics. Try to eliminate Syntel Inc and LTD differentiation of employees. Inc Employees are treated as second class citizen.

    Prosgood salary. Everything is good until you are on a project.Insurance plan for US hires is good for bachelors..not for family

    ConsLess projects.Once you are out of project..they will force you to join any project even not matching with your profile. They will simply terminate you if you spend more than two weeks on bench.H1B will be screwed up and you have to go back to India.No concept of employing US hires to india.HR just lie at time of recruitment.They never want to co-operate with you to get a new project or at least hold your H1B until you find a new job.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTerminating in US can ruin someone's whole US career.Please be respectful to the employees who leave big companies in USA and join you.Your HRs simply lie at time of recruitment

    Not a good company at all to work with.

    ProsI have joined as a freasher and luck was their with me so that i got a good chance to learn new things . otherwise they mostly put freashers in production support jobs. Only monitoring job it is nothing is their to learn. i even saw how freashers pleed to the HR to change their projects but of no use. If you do not have any problem in monitoring job you may get a chance to go to onsite.

    For Lateral entry the company is good as they treat them is a good manner at least.

    Cons1. Not a good company at all for freashers.
    2. Many Production support projects are there so nothing is their to learn.
    3. Many times developments projects also very boring.
    4. If you are luckly in a good project prepare yourself to work for more than 12 hrs a day. As they do not mentain good resource balance in projects. Production project where scope of new work is very limited they give more resources to that project but in challenging projects they used to keep very less ammount of people.
    5. after working more than 12 hours even do not think about a good hike.
    6.HR is not at all supportive.
    7.Company only belives in channel building if u have good connection with your manager then your life is very smooth here.
    8.For lateral entry you can join the company for a hike then please change the company as soon as possible otherwise one day you will loose your expertise.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease do take care of your employees they only generate revenue for you guys

    Don't keep high expectations

    ProsCompany will offer good package while joining, good joining bonus and moving costs.
    Good company to start with, you will get good exposure. There are few long term projects if you get lucky you may get to stay at one location.

    ConsMay not keep all promises given during joining, get everything in writing.
    Lack of professionalism, main operations are at offshore so you will see some delays in process.
    100% Moving expenses for offshore resources is not covered. This is ridiculous policy.
