    If you guys are planning for Green Card, then don't join this company. Because you will never get any experience letter if a format required for GC.

    Pros

    The pay was reasonable and some of the fellow technical team a pleasure to work with. Paid benefits of a good calibre

    Cons

    Moving allowances and expense reimbursement can take up to 6 months, They lose time-sheets and their HR/benefits processes are not well versed in the US Standards. Had to correct their forms several times and keep copies of everything. After leaving they lost 2.5 months of time-sheet data and tried to sue for it's recovery. Issue was dropped when documentation was provided, twice. Working with HR or Benefits required being up at 1am or waiting a full 24-48 hours for a reply.

    Take some time to train and educate the offshore staff or hire US based benefits personnel to accommodate your US workers. Improve internal processes for expense reimbursement, on-boarding and employee leadership.

    good in salary and role

    1. Benefits are not good
    2. Don't expect any bonus or Salary increment
    3. Account managers are one of the dumb guy and when ever client says anything they are not able to defend and wont cover employee if he faces any problem from client side.
    4. No teams coordination in USA Syntel
    5. Account manager don't likes you he will make u to resign
    6. They wont bother about ur skill sets, they need only billing.
    7. Heal care Benefits is not at all good.

    Please take employees comments as well. Don't think they are slaves working for you.
    If ur facing any problem with employee please tell him go to other accounts and dont make him scare to work.
