Current Employee – been working at Syon Infomedia full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Many to share - good working environment, friendly colleagues, flexible shift hours, least work pressure, employee friendly policies, 5 days week, fun @work activities, free eatable goodies..and lot more.

Cons – I feel that hierarchy issues do prevail as of now, but that's a very common thing when you are a start-up and just started to spread your wings. So, this will surely be overcome by the management in coming time, when headcount increases.

Advice to Senior Management – You are doing a great job...keep it up !

Pros – You will only learn more and get the most valuable experience of your life by working at Syon. The work atmosphere is professional.

Cons – Sometimes it is power-cuts and most rarely monotonous atmosphere due to a heapful of work. The Company loves fun and work, both at the same time increasing the performance of the doers.

There should be a proper mix of responsibility and authority
