    Pros

    Cons

not much cons. It could be better if we can get our own office.

    Pros

Projects allow for technical experience and there are opportunities to receive good training on site. Company has many government and high-profile projects.

    Cons

Shift based work requires long hours. Depending on what sites you are working on, there are few facilities available.

    Pros

At least in my field the school has very good professors. However, the University seems to pay very well, and overall treats employees well (probably too well).

    Cons

    Very poorly ran University.

    Advice to Management

Places too much emphasis on making things "look nice" instead of actually being quality. Much of the bureaucracy at the school does not take responsibility for their jobs, and the staff levels are way over bloated.

    Pros

Great benefits and access to opportunities that can be leveraged for next career move.

    Cons

Terrible executive management. Nepotism is common and salaries are bloated the higher you go. They don't care about the people on the bottom who do the tough work. These people get paid to get paid.

    Advice to Management

    Leave.

    Pros

good benefits, somewhat flexible hours, access to campus resources, ability to work with students, good management/supervisory experience

    Cons

not a lot of growth opportunity, low pay without significant raises (often less than cost of living adjustments)

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more equity in salaries in line with professional and educational experience. More communication. More transparency.
