    Pros

The opportunity to liase with different teams in L.A. and India.
Business trips to different states for recruitment purposes.
Fun atmosphere if you get along with the boss.

    Cons

Predatory way that my employer treats the graduates that sign up with our program. As a recruiter my morals were constantly questioned on whether I had helped or harmed them.

    Advice to Management

Please treat your consultants as human beings and give them the information they deserve before slapping them with a binding contract for three years.

    Pros

it is difficult to come up with anything which is of actual value to a consultant than getting a paycheck. It's not much of a paycheck but if you have little experience, it can get your foot in the door.

    Cons

It's a body shop where the administration has little knowledge of recognizing the value of the consultants that they hire. It's more about getting the contract and increasing margins whenever possible; typically at the consultant's expense.

    Advice to Management

The recruiters and account executives don't understand the business of IT and show little respect for the consultants that actually do the work. Try hiring administrative staff that have actually worked in supplying IT services and not just resume routers.
