    almost like a consulting company...no projects in house...

    Up until a few days with the company was warm and encouraging

    Cons

    On a project based beck and call that expects to tap into the built-in skills from previous job experiences and neither learning curve nor reasonable training period are allowed

    1. Solid Performance can lead to a fast-track within the company
    2. Open access to Supervisors and Senior management
    3. Good training
    4. Employees are encouraged to get cross-trained in different technologies and business verticals

    1. Too broad focused within BI / DW. Lack of focus hinders gaining expertise
    2. Reactive to change - require more thought leadership
    3. Old "work hard play hard" culture seems to be fading

    Pros

    Once upon a time Known for Training (Great Platform for Freshers). Not any more as most knowledgeable Senior Resources left the company.
    Even though it is a small company, its Known as a big player in Datawarehousing and BI Domain.

    Cons

    Every Client will have some thing to say against Systech Solutions Quality of Work.
    Poor Immigration Assistance.
    Most Resources will be working on B1 (Business Visa). They train employees to says lies during immigration interview back in India.
    Cheap Policies.
    Undeserved People in the Management.
    Inexperienced Resources.
    Very Low Delivery Quality.
    Clients, Its a Rip off if you choose Systech.

    Deliver Quality.
    Hire Experienced Resources. Elevate Resources by Years of Experience.
    Closely Monitor Project Progress.

    Friendly environment
    Every one will be helpful
    No senior - junior treatments
    A good company to join as a fresher

    Professional life depends on the project you got to work
    Huge variable component in pay which is really hard to earn
    Earlier resource management was good and becoming poor nowadays
