Details
Pros
Some sales lead provided by inside sales/telemarketing.
Cons
Sales reps do not last more that 6 months. Goals are set very high difficult to obtain. Some unprofessionalism.
Advice to Senior Management
Value the employees that work hard! It's bad business to have new reps in place ever couple of months!
