Take a more active role in the development of the employees as they need to grow with the company, a bit more give and take.

they offer good salary and benefits which include vhi and pension, good social club, good location in the city centre

no training offered unless you pay for it yourself
no promotional opportunities within the company
profit based, no interest in employees

need to listen to feedback of employees and rather than operate as an employment agency they should treat their employees as long term prospects, giving suitable training
