Pros – They really go out of their way to treat you well if you are a hard worker. Lots of company sponsored parties and activities to show they appreciate you. You get to know the owner very personally

Cons – Not specific to system tech but the industry average pay for the area is low

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work you are doing great, especially out in the Eastern Idaho Division. Eastern Idaho kicks @ss.

Pros – Good people, small company culture with the benefit of access to the owners and flexibility in work schedules. It's really what you make of it.

Cons – It's a small business in a competitive environment so there is limited growth and not a lot of options for a career.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep on growing.
