    ProsSalary is good,
    good bonus,

any failure goes to developer side, as it is there duty only.
    management is poor,
lack of field specialist always affect project deadlines.
    no proper channel for communication.
so many fake deadlines without any sense.

Information Technology managed by a bunch of racist low lifes

Consultant (Current Employee) Port Washington, NY

ProsThere is absolutely none, as in not part of the company agenda for anyone to succeed.

ConsRacist, colluding with Human resources and lawyers. No fair hearing.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend more time evaluating upper IT management and firing them.

If you have ever seen the movie office space that is what the company was like.

Account Manager (Former Employee) Holmdel, NJ

ProsIt is perfect for a first job because it helped me learn how to do a job even though I hated it.

ConsLow pay mostly commission. They tell you can make a lot of money, but that is not true. It is extremely difficult. You are competing with people within the same branch and with several branches around the country. There tag system is terrible. Vacation/sick time is a joke. I can go on and on for this company.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop treating your employees like children and/or cattle.

A huge lesson learned -- terrible culture, unprofessional, and dying industry

    Manager (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsNew leadership seems to have potential. For a large company, there is the ability to standout by doing good work.

Cons- Culture is terrible; it's not fun to work here
    - There is no performance management system
    - More methods management vs. results oriented management
    - Unprofessional with lack of good talent

Advice to Senior ManagementThe ownership of the company (Leeds) need to allow their local business unit executives to lead without interference or creating unecessarry politics.

The culture needs fixed, top talent needs acquired, and brand needs figured out... before Amazon completey eats all of your lunch.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

This is a terrible company. They absolutely don't care about their employees.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsThere are not very many pros to working here

ConsThe benefits are terrible and the very senior leaders don't want to do anything to fix it. There is no sick time, you have to work 6 months before you accrue any vacation, and then you only get 10 days. Health insurance is really expensive. No work life balance- you're expected to work from 7- 7. Managers have no leadership skills.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire some more decent leaders and get rid of the ones who don't get it.

    Great place, fun, family atmosphere

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Springfield, IL

ProsEmployees have fun and work hard. Pranks are common (like filling the boss' office with balloons). Bring your dog to work day each week. Fitness center reimbursement, great benefits. Employees select the music. Management listens to and encourages everyone's opinions, suggestions, and ideas.

ConsHigh learning curve, new people are often "new" for a long time because of the depth and range of knowledge they need to acquire while learning their job. Training is provided, but it's still a high learning curve. Typical office: cubicles and lack of sunlight.

STAY AWAY - This comapny's ethics are deplorable - even AFTER the executive management change!

Product Marketing Manager (Current Employee) Miami, FL

ProsSalary - This company pays some of the best salaries in the region. By far the cons do outweigh even this benefit.

ConsThe new management (installed in 2011) is terrible to employees and will terminate them on a whim.
Stay away from this company if you have any sort of ethics.
Most employees there are afraid to take any risk due to management's heavy hand when it comes to mistakes.

Advice to Senior ManagementSell the company - you really have no idea how to treat employees. It's the people that work there that will make or break your company and you have done everything possible to make them hate you.

This is an awesome place to work. Great careers are made here.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Miami, FL

ProsYoull get pad well, you'll be treated with respect and dignity, your family will be held in high regard, you will accomplish a lot in your career, you will get ahead.

ConsThere is no downside. This is a great place to work. Parking can be a challenge, especially when it rains.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep paying people well. Do more to support the community. Think longer term. Do a better job of reviewing employees to give feedback.

    Every person for themself

Web Programmer (Former Employee) Naperville, IL

ProsLow expectations, easy to get entry level experience.

ConsLittle communication and support from management, VERY unprofessional. You could work here for many years and be fired for no reason (or even a goodbye from old co-workers). No regard for work-life balance, salaried employees expected to work 50ish hours. Most every employee is viewed as a commodity.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe organization is so infected with unprofessionalism and selfishness that I can't think of any honest suggestions to fix the problems within it.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
