    Pros

    If you want to be pushed toward success, you like to be challenged everyday, you like being a part of a big enterprise, then why aren't you applying there right now?

    Cons

    I recall one of the top managers saying: "The secret of our yesterday's victory, will be the reason of our tomorrow's failure".

    You need to change every day. It might not be a con, but it's too damn hard.

    All I can say is: "Keep going"

    Visionary company with good care of its people, which is not common in today's competitive consulting market.

    Retain great resource when company growth cannot keep up with people career target

    Best reasons to work here are paid training and certifications, 3 week vacations, lots of flexibility, minimal supervision and lots of opportunity to learn on the job

    - Investment on resources
    - Culture and care for resources
    - Company growing very fast
    - Family events
    - Quarterly employee appreciation based on client and internal feedback
    - President breakfast (where anything regarding company matters can be suggested and discussed)
    - Lots of opportunities to grow
    - Very reasonable and balanced benefits
    - Yearly budget of training for each employee
    - Exceptional co-workers suppport

    Cons

    - Needs improvement in processes
    - Resource allocation is bit challenging because of less technical people
    - Needs more checks and balances against each position

    Best reasons- small enough to work without too much structure, great team environment, great projects to work on

    Cons

    minimal benefits, no retirement benefits, distance far from Toronto, leaders not flexible or forward thinking, doesn't openly share current issues.

    Offer full flexibility to employees, improve benefits and move to 21st century, more open with employees

    - Friendly employees (made lots of good friends over the years)
    - Great mentors (company has a lot of talented people)
    - Competitive salary
    - Allow employees to bank overtime hours

    Cons

    - Lack of communication between management team and employees.
    - Although there is a training budget, its often not enough for certain type of project.
