a very good place if you want practise your foolishness. If you like stupidity you will get tons of it over here.

Cons

nothing you can expect , they degrade you in your capabilty , less pay, no oputunity and to top it all the top and middle management are too stupid to run a business. It can be summarized by saying the top management (all of them) and middle management (most of them) joined the company as their first job and are with it from last 20 years. They have not grown neither the company. They are at the top not because of their capabilty but because of the number of years they have spend with the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Change the management , fire them all or close the company . Dont sacrifice new people by employing them.
