    I worked at T-Com part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Salary was always on time and I was allowed to work from home.

    Cons

    Management of that part of the website was terrible. You could say that we, employees weren't managed at all.

    Advice to Management

    Change it.

    I worked at T-Com part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Salary, colleagues. I don't know, it was OK because it had a flexible working schedule that students like and the salary was always on time, I have no complaints about that.

    Cons

    Admins, teamleaders, ignorant users, multiple tasks in little time... Overall pretty bad company if you are at lower-scale working position.

    I worked at T-Com as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    the flexible hours are a great benefit for students and the pay is good compared to other student jobs. Most people who work there are students too so communication should not be a problem

    Cons

    work is exhausting and underpayed, the breaks we got were insufficient for the amount of work and the infrequent bus lines meant you could waste up to three hours getting to and from work

    Advice to Management

    get more people to share the workload, transfer the call center to a more accessible location or get a private bus to drive your employees

    Pros

    Pay is pretty much safe and advancements are possible when working hard and not breaking any of the rules of the company

    Cons

    Hard to get the job without proper connections and people. Bad work to pay ratio.Too little holidays and free time.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees equally and offer them fair chance for improvement. Hire more people because there is too much work for those there.
