    Pros

Base pay plus commission, paid time off available for only part time work. Not really long hours worked. You get paid for everything you sell!

    Cons

Intense sales goal, will dangle your job in your face if goals aren't being met. Management can act as if still in high school sometimes

    Advice to Management

Stop setting outlandish goals for sales associates to complete

    Pros

This is a very easy going environment, T-mobile primarily promotes within the company. Very laid back but fast paced as well. Its hard not to make money, the company does great with there customers as a whole.

    Cons

The biggest challenge would be compensation for those who've been on the job over a year. Its a little hard to get bonuses and sometimes your required to do more than what your pay grade allows.

    Pros

T-Mobile develops their associates. Also as far as quotas go, they are easy as long as you follow direction. T-Mobile had a great way of laying everthing out for you step by step. I'd you follow the plan you will succeed!

    Cons

Sometimes the focus at the current time might not always fit the customer. It can be challenging to sell items that are "unattractive".

    Advice to Management

Be consistent and follow through with your follow up. Always get your employees buy in to ensure that you are not just barking orders and to help your associates understand the why behind the why.
