    Pros

This company offers an enormous amount of advancement opportunities making it a great company to grow with.

    Cons

Some roles are still hourly, sometimes making it difficult to have a work/life balance. With hourly positions, there is not a work from home option, meaning your vacation time is used if you need to stay home with a sick kid etc.

I have been working at T-Mobile

    Pros

    Consulting rates are about average
Non-management staff are generally nice, but overworked

    Cons

Consultants are treated worse than second class.
Imagine 5 people sitting at a 12 foot table, this is what to expect if you're a consultant.
Imagine having to park 3 miles from the office and taking an unsafe shuttle to and from the office, again, true as a consultant.
Imagine a company that is too cheap to even supply the equipment that you will be working with.
Imagine an office environment that has the noise level of a factory.
Does this sound like a place you'd like to work? Well, if so, come to T-Mobile Bellevue

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Accept to fact that 40% of the people that help you accomplish your goals are consultants and start to treat them as humans, deserving of your respect

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

T-Mobile is a growing company and is making exciting changes in the wireless industry. We work hard, but the pay is fair and the benefits are fine.

    Cons

As with all large companies, we can be a bit process heavy at times and shoot ourselves in the foot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

T-Mobile could invest a little more money into professional development and continuing education for employees.
