    Pros

    Great pay, benefits and atmosphere. If you are good at it the bonuses can be great as well

    Cons

    Customer care is not for everyone, it can be very stressful and you have to be able to descalate customers

    Pros

    Nice benefits, building was nice, thats about it. Decent co-workers, there's all i can really say about the place and the assists with chilcare.

    Cons

    Too many to count, rushed training, they would tell you to something and if ypu do it and the customer wasn't satisfied they would say it your fault, even though it was how u was trained to serve the customer. Unorganized

    Become better managers to have better business, go back to the basic that made u an award winning company and stop trying find short cuts to become that again, it's not gon work

    Pros

    The atmosphere was nice, with friendly co workers. Also there was a dark room for short nap breaks within the company. They had a nice cafe for employees along with a work out room. Coworkers friendly and fun (however poor) training. Great health benefits and good starting out CSR pay.

    Cons

    The training was not very good, should have been more training on the floor taking calls then in a classroom answering questions on a paper. Stressful CSR because of the lack of training, and understanding problem solving.

    Train your CSR better.

    employee-centered, great benefits (PTO, healthcare, employee discount), variety of schedule options, training competitive hourly rates, BONUSES!, strong values, opportunities to promote, best CEO ever

    Pros

    It was a good company to work for. They were very big on rewarding you for your good work, gave away a lot of prizes. Had lots of work schedules to choose from.

    constant change, sometimes had unrealistic quotas for the reps to try and reach each month

    Pros

    Great benefits, Great pay, do well pick the hours you want, option to change schedules every 6 months

    Cons

    Sched change every 6 months, managers and leads are worse than the employees that get hired. Too many cliques form and favoritism over other employees. As with any call center its a high turn over rate and they let just about anyone in there.
