Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Casual work environment. Passable employee phone pricing. Intelligent technical staff.
Cons – Silo mentality leads to lots of finger pointing. Marketing can be helter-skelter which confuses customers and employees as to the company direction.
Advice to Senior Management – Allow the employees to do the job they are assigned to do. DO NOT micro-manage. Uphold policies and procedures in all situations to reduce a mentality of "the sky is falling" every time there is a problem.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Cons – Business model changes too often and too drastic. Very little room for advancement and the advancement is very minimal. They education assistant is very limited and employers make it difficult to take advantage of the benefit.

Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year
Pros – It was a financially rewarding opportunity if you hussle and closed deals regularly.
Cons – -Perception of company, reception and service was poor, making most opportunities limited to companies exclusively looking to save money.
-For a period of time Senior Management became involved in micro-magement efforts, it was my impression that this effort backfired.
Advice to Senior Management – Work more closely with local marketing team to assist on sales proccess - from branding to relevant industry specific material.

Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year
Pros – Management embrace changes, whether it's People or Technology, so it's a good place to rack up some experience on emerging technologies (if you can land yourself in one of those projects)
Cons – Often times the changes are poorly executed and nothing comes to fruition. Part of the problem is a heavy reliance on contractors and vendors, this resulted in many short-sighted solution that eventually end up being a broken jigsaw puzzle

Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time
Pros – The people - everyone is passionate about what they're doing. As a result it was always a great place to go to work.
Cons – From a lower employee point of view, it always seemed like there were a lot of little things that could have been done to keep jobs at home. Particularly those that were directly customer impacting.
Advice to Senior Management – If you nurture your employees' passions, you will grow a fantastic company.
– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year
Pros – Benefits and pay are among the best. They do like to recognize the good works of the employees.
Cons – They pride themselves on being feedback oriented but its just drowning you in information. All of it has to be implemented after its been given. Too hands on for me at times.
Advice to Senior Management – Sometimes feedback can be overwhelming when its coming from so many sources. Also a lot of contractions occurred.
