    Great until last few years

Retail Sales Representative (Current Employee) Arlington, TX

ProsGreat benefits with reasonable working hours.. and the pay can be very good

ConsManagement is childish at best, and in order to move up skill is not required only who you know. Which leads to separate clicks and turnover rate of people leaving

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be great if the representatives would be given more chance at possible promotions.. and when opening a req for possible hires they should not be hush hush to limit who applies..

    – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pay is great, bonus and benefits, but very poor management

Engineer III, Systems Design (Former Employee) Bellevue, WA

ProsThe salary is good and comes with great benefits.

ConsVery poor management. I did not see much people having a good opinion about their direct manager. The company has given too much power to the manager.

Advice to Senior ManagementWill not change anything, any way

Lots of customer interactions and constantly changing sales policies.

Sales Representative (Former Employee) Industry, CA

ProsYou get compensated for sales and if you prove yourself capable, there is room for growth.

ConsDealing with difficult customers that are extremely meticulous about bills or charges. Sometimes you will have to remember that the customer is always right.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt would be helpful if sales promotions and policies followed a more concrete guideline. There were many changes that took place in our authorized store.

    Never again

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Richmond, VA

ProsPotential to make money. Lots of promotion from within.

ConsGhetto! They play loud music while you're on the phone assisting customers. The customer's are rude and nasty. It's miserable. The shifts are until midnight and that's on weekends. Impossible to get days off. You're getting yelled and fussed at by your coach and senior rep all the time.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf people work to midnight, don't make them work weekends. Playing loud music is unprofessional.
