    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Commission, PTO was great, holiday pay, paid holidays, benefits, great service and price for plans

    Cons

Low hours (30 or less), some crummy coworkers, no upwards mobility

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only reason I'm giving one star is the way I was forced out of the company. People I worked with did things against company policies and did not get in trouble. In fact one person was moved to a very busy store essentially given a raise. I got a little upset and someone told the person and they blew it out of proportion and I was told that it would be better if I left the company by a higher authority. T-Mobile forced an employee of 4+ years out of the company but not an assistant manager and employee who had a physical relationship for months before coming forward. Tell me that's fair....

    Pros

Commission at a high volume store is great! phone service discount is awesome!

    Cons

a lot of constant changes, crazy micro-managing, scheduling is all over the place! Do not expect to have a set schedule every week. It won't happen. Every time you start doing well in a few metrics management says you are slacking drastically on others.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a chill pill every once in a while.
