    Pros

    Your co-workers are the best part about working here. Having fun ones makes the day go by way quicker. If you bust your behind you can make a ton of money, even more than what some managers make.

    Cons

    You sometimes don't receive positive feedback from Managers or Sales Leads. Retail customers are going to be retail customers.

    Advice to Management

    Give more positive feedback and provide training before products and services launch.

    Guaranteed 20 hours. And a Great discount on your phone bill.

    Cons

    Once you find better, T mobile treats you worse than a customer. They smile in your face and increase your monthly bill ridiculously. .. They also give u flyers to go outside and pass to the community.. IT may be promoting, but you feel like a club promoter. Pay can be better

    Easy to sell product so you it should not be a problem to make activations.

    Cons

    Cellphones are tedious when you encounter customers that cant use a smartphone.
