    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

The culture and environment is amazing! You're allowed to be yourself and encouraged to challenge the status quo and do things differently. Your work matters and has an impact. We work hard, but have fun at the same time.

    Cons

It's not really a con to me, but things move fast at T-Mobile and you need to be able to keep up and change direction quickly. There can be ambiguity especially with new ideas. You need to be okay with moving forward and not necessarily having all the information at your finger tips.

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I like t-mobile since the first day that I applied to work there. I did all the process in one day and within the next 4 days I was on training, REALLY EXCITED! The work envyroment is great since I did friends since the first day and everyone knows about everyone. I totally recomen T-mobile, The America's largest 4g Network

    Cons

For me it was the English language ever since my motherhood language is Spanish but I learn a lot and improved my Enlish working here

I worked at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions.

Culture was the best part. T-Mobile is all about being contrary relative to the other big carriers, the "un-carrier". And that sort of message is reflected in the employees, who can approach problems in more unique ways and tend to be less stiff than at other telecom companies.

The hours are manageable on every level, and the work was stimulating. A great experience.

    Cons

Time-off was always unpaid for interns like myself, without exception.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Wonderful pay and employee discounts to movies, amusement parks, hotels/flights, and even tuition reimbursement! For any high school graduate or newly admitted undergrad, this is a dream come true job. You have extremely flexible hours and the commission pay is great!

    Cons

Keep in mind that although your hourly pay is more than over minimum wage, most new hires get stuck with part-time jobs. So selling is the only way you'll really see an improvement on your paycheck. Also, as much as they mean well managers tend to really only care about whether or not you're hitting your goal numbers. Customer service quality isn't really measured at the store level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I understand that you have a boss that's constantly down your neck but try relating to associates one by one. Constructive criticism is key.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fun and innovative culture, smart people, great work-life balance, strong values that influence decisions not just PR.

    Cons

Often chaotic, leadership can be impulsive and arbitrary at times, still have to deal with typical big company bureaucracy, some uncertainty related to merger/acquisition rumors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue striving to be "unCarrier" on the inside, not just to the public!

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The job has great pay, benefits, and time flexibility.

    Cons

Some leadership is very respectful of your time and help you succeed while at other times other leadership may put personal feelings above overall success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher management please ensure that floor leads are professional at least to the point not to offend sales staff.
