    Pros

Fun and innovative culture, smart people, great work-life balance, strong values that influence decisions not just PR.

    Cons

Often chaotic, leadership can be impulsive and arbitrary at times, still have to deal with typical big company bureaucracy, some uncertainty related to merger/acquisition rumors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue striving to be "unCarrier" on the inside, not just to the public!

    Pros

A great reason to work at T-Mobile is the diversity and inclusion. We are allowed to be bold, think big, and make a difference.

    Cons

Organization transfirmations are not clearly thought out and communicated; leaving major gaps in some of the day to day business processes and operations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get to know your employees more. They are not just numbers on a page but actual human resources. They should be viewed as one of the company's most valuable resources. Continued success.

    Pros

Benefits are still pretty good. Loved my co-workers, all hard working and made many lifelong friends. Casual work environment.

    Cons

Location, HQ's is in Factoria. Benefits and other perks have been going down for the last few years, however recently they are starting to make a profit so I hope some of those perks will comeback. Also had a very bad manager that many complaints were filed against, took years for her to finally be let go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees more. Bring back perks like 3-3 basketball tournament.

    Pros

For the most part, TMO has nice people and the work is interesting. Good location and fun team-building events. Peers and cross-team workers were good to work with

    Cons

Upper management in-fighting. Weird political climate. The Directors fight and it trickles down to the teams. There is a Sr. Manager who will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Watch your back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Play nice. You're all on the same team. Why not work together in stead of creating an environment of animosity?
