    Pros

As a Part time sales representative I have taken advantage of the full benefits they offer. They pay is better than I have experienced in other similar jobs. The scheduling has work perfect since I go to school full time (it does depend on your manager). And finally the teams that I have been evolved in have always been easy fun and enjoyable (you as a person does play a role in that).

    Cons

    - Performance Based Jobs
    - Job duty is repetitive

    Advice to Management

    none

    Pros

A very dynamic environment with lots of opportunities to learn and acquire new skills in telecommunications industry.

    Cons

The technologies you are required to work with are outdated and not effective in many cases. The same goes for workflow processes.

    Advice to Management

The B2B management goes a little bit crazy in optimizing the resources. I was overwhelmed in my role an felt I was doing 3-4 roles in one. Hire more people and pay attention to people's needs. Happier people work harder!

    Pros

I was able to learn a ton. Great opportunity. When I started the company culture was terrific and a fun environment.

    Cons

Outsourced my department, but I was able to return to school. When they decided to sell the company cost cutting became the most important goal over quality decision making and investment.

    Advice to Management

Cost cutting looks appealing but by passing opportunities to invest in longer term horizons costs may actually increase. Don't forsake the long term for the upcoming quarter.

    Pros

Interesting technology stack that's never boring to work in. You get to work with some pretty smart people 'in the trenches'.

    Cons

Leadership at the director level and above are scumbags. If you keep your head down and don't aspire to much you'll be fine.. but if you become too ambitious prepare to get labeled "unwelcome in any leadership capacity" at the company. Also there is a printed (non electronic) list of people who are not welcome back.. it's kept by a few people in HR. If you get on that list - you never get off that list.

    Advice to Management

Your current successes are to be short lived if you don't learn to embrace the people who really can and want and are able to drive significant change. Quit promoting brown-nosing backstabbers for once in your miserable leadership existence.

    Pros

T-Mobile cares about their employees, period. They take care of them with a very lucrative benefits package, competitive pay and a fantastic culture.

    Cons

Retail environment can feel a bit sophomoric at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep showing the industry what UnCarrier is all about - perhaps think of doing an UnCarrier move that benefits the employees? That would be amazing!
