    I worked at T-Mobile full-time

    Pros

Pay and bonus structure. Health benefits day one and 75% off service

    Cons

Random hours. Your first shift you are given. Even if it's a midnight shift. No life outside of work. Especially if your on a midnight shift. Even if the power goes out and there's nothing running water. You will still be on the phones taking calls.

I have been working at T-Mobile part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

They have really great benefits. They work with your schedule if you want time off/school. Pay is good.

    Cons

Customers can be a pain in the butt. If you don't make your numbers you lose your confidence to sell. You can get thrown around and the stress can get to you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask floor sales what can be done to make things easier and listen because at the end of the day when was the last time upper management dealt with a customer day to day.

    Pros

Some of the Supervisors are GREAT!

    Cons

One supervisor in particular. She stepped over the line to ask me if I believe in God, and that was none of her business. Went to HR and nothing was done.

I worked at T-Mobile full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The pay is good depending on your lifestyle. At the time I was employed here, I was working towards my BS in psychology and being employed here allowed me to take care of myself fairly well.

    Cons

The trainer I had did not adequately prepare me for the real floor experience, some of the managers there can be really cold and distant and inconsiderate, there was no flexibility in scheduling, no part-time positions. I could go on for days.
