Promising memory technology hampered by prior CEO ignoring engineers' input

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsWide range of problems to solve.

ConsThe CEO prior to current CEO dismissed advice from engineers to complete debug of a given test chip before designing the next one. This unresolved problem made it much more difficult to determine whether a problem was due to the design or the technology.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe problem was solved by replacing the CEO with the current one, but it wasn't done soon enough.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
