    I have been working at T-Rex full-time

    Pros

Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees, reliable and respectful management, a good amount of autonomy, laid back environment, advancement opportunities

    Cons

Information sometimes scattered, would like more cohesion and teamwork

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, but try to foster more of a company culture to engage employees

    I worked at T-Rex part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If I needed to reach management or a higher up, they were very easy to get in contact with. I felt comfortable talking to employees at each level. They were more than willing to work with my skill set, and when I left, I was training for something that utilized it more than the job I originally applied for.

    Cons

Sometimes I didn't get scheduled for enough hours. There's basically just that, and the fact that one of the positions I tried wasn't a good fit, but that's not their fault.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to remain a good company to work for, and if you get a skilled worker in, make sure they are in an appropriate position!

I have been working at T-Rex full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being part of a revolutionary platform that actually has the power to change the world. Working with incredibly bright, motivated people. Tons of autonomy with all the resources necessary.

    Cons

Very dynamic organization, so the day-to-day is also quite variable. Salaries aren't as good as the rest of finance, but that's more than balanced out by the equity upside.
