Pros
Great benefits, and they pay for series 6, 63, and 7. You will also learn a lot about the industry and side of the business you are on.
Cons
If you are not in the correct social circle, it does not matter how hard you work and what you do, you will be passed over for promotions.
Advice to Senior Management
See the whole picture! There are a lot of hardworkers that get looked over, and warm and fuzzy is not the key to a good supervisor.
