I have been working at T3 Energy Services full-time

    Pros

Robbins and Myers recent purchase in T3 Energy Services has allowed RM representatives to develop a more structured workflow with a fair and positive work atmosphere for its T3 employees, which was not presented prior to the purchase. RM representatives have recently reached out to T3 employees in an attempt to improve working conditions as well as working relations among the company staff by offering more flexibility in schedules, improved safety conditions and fair unbiased treatment of all T3 employees, such as described in the Robbins and Myers Employee handbook.

    Cons

Unfortunately, due to the remaining T3 upper management, the intentions of Robbins and Myers for its T3 employees are not being fully enacted and met. T3 management have been so accustomed to doing business "their way", they've refused to accept R&M changes concerning employees, continuing to engage in unfairness, open floor hostilities towards workers with inappropriate language/behavior and racial undertones. With little regard to developing and maintaining a healthy moral, much of the workflow process and productivity has suffered at the hands of managerial egotistical power posturing, laziness, while initiating unnecessary retaliatory tactics and finger pointing at lower level staff as a result of managements own short-comings, and blatant mistreatment of T3 employees. This causes the stress level at T3 to become overwhelming, extremely high and at times unusually difficult. And there appears to be no interest in retaining the present working staff while there remains an extreme difficulty filling open positions. The only room for growth is a possible move to another labor intensive department, only granted to those with favoritism based on race and not seniority and job performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have gathered sufficient documented evidence, and it is clear to state, management have yet to grasp a precise understanding of how to handle and affectively create a productive and positive workflow environment, despite some ideas they have conveyed, that is both beneficial to the company goals due to the increased high volume, and also for its employees as well. T3 management has in the past requested input from its employees on how to develop a more productive work environment. But as it turned out, those suggestions were highly ignored. Instead, management has further created a working environment for its production employees that they themselves would not favor if it were them faced to perform labor intensive work in dealing with those very same work conditions; they are out of touch with what those around them endure. The only logical steps that could be taken to rectify these existing conditions is to completely purge the remaining present upper management all the way to the GM and replaced with a carefully selected staff by Robbins and Myers.
