    Pros

Very nice people working there. The place has a small, start-up type feel and everyone there is like family to each other. Both ma management and colleagues are very helpful and professional.

    Cons

This is a very small company in El Paso, Texas. It seems like it is constantly being sold and bought by other major companies so there is very little stability as far as company directives. Pay is minimal for area.

    Advice to Management

Keep employees happy by offering better pay and better benefits as well as more events and opportunities to keep employee morale up.

  2. Decent Company with potential, unorganized upper management

    Pros

Benefits were excellent with 401k, dental/vistion/health insurance, life/disability insurance, and vacation, work/private life balance

    Cons

All resources into one project, that ended up failing. Decisions made by executive team, then changed within days. Lacked organization, resources and follow through.

    Advice to Management

Make a plan and stick to it. There seemed to be disagreement between executives regarding future plans and overall goals for the company.
