I worked at TAMHSC part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I had my own office as a Research Assistant. My boss was also very nice and flexible with my schedules and very nice. I was also given significant waiver on my tuition. Health insurance was also pretty good. Blue CROSS blue shield. i could work from home sometimes and I was almost always working online and so actually worked more than my required 20 hours

    Cons

One could not make friends easily with others. Some people were a bit stiff

    I worked at TAMHSC full-time

    Pros

Pay was okay and feels like you're helping with relevant social issues, love the employees

    Cons

Felt like we had great innovative ideas but couldn't implement, bonded with employees about things getting better soon

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some time to actually talk to employees about their concerns, don't just live by your rules, consider the consequences
