    I have been working at TAN

    Pros

    Company can be very flexible and understanding - will work with you to accommodate your work needs as much as possible, like working from home; open access to everyone at all levels of the company including executives; Wall St area location;

    Cons

    Lack of strong leadership at the executive level - executives are hardly there most days; changes are happening too slowly and good people are leaving every day

    Advice to Management

    make decisions faster and act quicker. company is stagnating

    Pros

    easy, its like a no-brainer job. for people who likes to be left alone, this job is suitable as there's no/little interaction with othe workers. except the customers, whom u need to deal with.

    Cons

    tiring at times, stocks can be heavy. the salary is very low, thus worker flow-out rate is quite high. not suitable for people with sensitive skin/nose as stock area is rather dusty

    Advice to Management

    increase pay inorder to increase employment rate and work productivity/quality.
