Current Employee – been working at TAN

Pros – Company can be very flexible and understanding - will work with you to accommodate your work needs as much as possible, like working from home; open access to everyone at all levels of the company including executives; Wall St area location;

Cons – Lack of strong leadership at the executive level - executives are hardly there most days; changes are happening too slowly and good people are leaving every day

Advice to Senior Management – make decisions faster and act quicker. company is stagnating

Pros – Can learn how to communicate with customers and learn how to deal with them to satisfy their need

Cons – long working hours and low salary, the employer is too stingy and not polite, they not trust their worker
