    Pros

    Great exposure and training to GET.
    Leadership interaction opportunity to GET.
    Great Guidance and learning opportunity.
    Best Work Culture.

    Cons

    It was a Joint venture so many of the decisions were taken by both stake holders jointly so making delay in work decisions.
    Salary was decided by Indian Management, so they always tends to cut cost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep the Good work and try to benchmark salaries with outside companies.

    Pros

    Its good to gain knowledge in the initial years. Very good teams to work with.

    Cons

    As time progresses, growth in terms of both knowledge and money keeps on stagnating. Employees at lower level are un aware of the company policies and the senior management is busy with just bringing in business, no matter how badly lower employee is affected. One has to struggle a lot for onsite opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to retain knowledge by retaining the knowledgable senior management. Try to be employee focussed and remunerate as per industry standards.

    I have been working at TATA Johnson Controls

    Pros

    Its a one of the good places in India to learn in initial years.The growth opportunities are good in beginning & onsite job relocation chances are quite good.

    Cons

    After a couple of years growth is stagnant.The management is incompetent in handling employees in accordance to market norms,pay,initiatives & other things that must keep employees engaged & motivated.This has led to high attrition rate in past couple of years & many loyal employees who have been with company for long ( more than 5 -10 years)have switched.And the worst part is higher management has done nothing to retain them & address the concern among employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please focus on your employees & their interests too rather than blindly running after profits.As the employees are the one getting desired results & achieving numbers ( targets)for the higher management.
