Pros – The leadership is good. The wok the company does to relieve human suffering is incredible. The people who work at the organization are very dedicated to the wok they do. They provide teaching to third world nations.
Cons – The company is small and it spread out thought the US. The office is open 24/7 and requires you to be on call.
Advice to Senior Management – The vision of the company is very good. Continue to follow

“Management has not learned to value its employees”
Former Employee – worked at TBI
Pros – 1. Working here beats homelessness
2. You can make your job sound cool
3. Sometimes the product really do help people
4. Unlimited bathroom breaks, if you don't work in production
Cons – 1. Unless you are a friend of the program, you are treated like poo
2. Health insurance was highway robbery (isn't it ironic when you can barely afford health insurance in a company that supposedly improves health?)
3. Not a place to meet people to be friends with
4. Old-fashioned, but only in a wasteful, depressing way
Advice to Senior Management – Your lower level employees are the people who keep the lights on, please treat them with some respect.

Pros – TBI is a non-profit commpany with a friendly managment and co-workers. TBI provide for full time employees a good backage benefits, including a health care and 403 K
Cons – In general tissue bank international / national processing center is a very friendly work place and stable managment and salary
Advice to Senior Management – TBI managment have a years of exper. and they have a lot of contacts and all empolyees sutisfied with thier company managment
