Pros – TBS is very nice place to work and employees are given every opportunity to succeed. With a fleet of 40 plus ships, you get to experience a true shipping company with all the bells and whistles. Many challenges will arise and more often then not, it will take the team to solve and find the solutions.

Cons – tbs does not offer 401k matching, where most shipping companies do. Tbs will have a tough road ahead of it given the economic collapse of the world economy.
