Pros
Great comp package, good pay with a base salary. $40k.
Cons
Changed comp package, made it very difficult to survive in smaller markets.
Advice to Senior Management
If you want to keep your reps selling product for you, you may want to review your compensation package.
Pros
Pay is pretty good and benefits are decent.
Cons
You will be very curious as to why your manager gets paid more than you do. No real way to remove management unless entire workforce underneath turns over multiple times.
Advice to Senior Management
Actually listen to your employees. Don't say you are and then do something completely different.
Pros
fair pay
nice hours
decent management
time off
good benefits

Cons
poor managment, poor training, poor job advancement

Pros
Overall TD is a very lax environment to work in relative to other firms in the industry.
Cons
They pay is slightly below industry average
Pros
You can get your licensed to get in the industry.
Cons
I think they are unfair in advancing I. The company they mostly hire from the outside which really shows how they really feel about there associates
Pros
Compensation and communications were very good.
Cons
good old boys system in place if your not in Omaha of from Omaha forget trying to get anywhere
Operations system tragicly flawed and antiquitated is held together by bailing wire and duck tape
IT support is inferior
Pros
It's a good workplace for the most part. The Institutional side is a little more relaxed and relational with the advisors than retail is with clients.
Cons
The pay is not up to par with other similar financial institutions.
Pros
The senior management is very competent and have their priorities set on improving client and associate experience. The company is extremely well-organized and as an associate you dont need to run around for answers to your questions. The atmosphere is extremely motivating and healthy.
Cons
In my past two years with the company, I really have had no negative experiences. However, they could be a little more competative with compensation.
Pros
Pay
PTO
Benefits
You can get your Series 7 ad 63 licenses
Cons
No chance for a loyal emmployee to advance!
Advice to Senior Management
