Industry leader in many areas, great North American exposure, quick to implement new products solutions, etc

More flexi time for mothers.
Pros
Friendly and comfortable environment, managers often give you periodic reviews on your performance, lots of employee benefits (free doughnuts, coffee and food every now and then + employee appreciation week), very user-friendly applications to process transactions

Although pay is not the lowest when compared to the other banks, but still relatively low for a similar position, just like any other banks must stay for at least 1 year in order to progress to other positions
Pros
Incredibly competitive benefits for employees such as mortgage rates and personal banking plusses. The staff is friendly and courteous and so are the opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Depending on the position there will be weekend work. Trying to work up from the branch to the head office can be challenging.

Ed Clark is really doing great running this bank. The leadership abilities of the top talent teams and executives is above average.

Give better guidelines for what needs to be done in order to move on to a specific future job title.

Recognize your excellent employees and try to retain your talented human capital. Compensation should reflect an employee’s contributions and the value that he/she adds to the company.

Works around your school schedule, laid back atmosphere, extremely easy job.
Cons
You cannot live in NYC while working in TD BANK or raise a family on TD BANK salary.
