TD Bank Credit Adminstration Officer in Edmonton, AB (Canada):   (Past Employee - 2008)

    Pros

    Good pay
    Well defined work hours
    Long lunches and breaks
    Free food
Awesome rates on banking products like mortgages
    Free unlimited accounts for employees
    Monday to friday, no weekends.
    Pretty relaxed work environment
    Culturally diverse
Hires a lot of disable people as well

    Cons

    Understaffed
Listening to CEI goals and targets that never seemed to do anything
    Dealing with unorganized messes sometimes
A very strict and defined management structure
Employees who only know one bit of the process and who can't help you with other parts

    Advice to Senior Management

Treat the employees with respect and let them work. Don't be breathing down their necks every 2 seconds, because sometimes issues crop up which are out of their control.
