    Pros

WOW! Awards is reminiscent of a concert and allows employees to get to know others around the region
Over Time can be earned in another department if cross trained properly
HR department that genuinely tries to assist in career development

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not empower an employee who may be a good worker but is a horrible manager to a management position.
Do not apply a separate set of rules and guidelines to one group of employees

I have been working at TD Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Beautiful building
    Nice Coworkers and Bosses
    You learn more about finances
    Flexible Scheduling
Sometime you feel like you really are helping people
Lots of rewards and support when you improve or do well

    Cons

The job can sometimes feel monotonous
Sometimes managers don't get back to you when you email them (multiple times)
Getting time off can be complicated

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please speak to general managers about responding to emails, because sometimes when I contact them about something important (dealing with work matters) they don't respond (at all), but when I email them to congratulate them (they respond within a couple of hours).

I have been working at TD Bank full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Learn a lot, great benefits, lots of overtime.

    Cons

Low pay, responsibilities are added old the longer you have been there, but you never get compensated for them.

There is no home balance. You do the job until it's done. If that takes you 16 hours all day, then so be it.

HR will then reduce your hours because "Nobody works 80 hour weeks”

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees. Stop spending money on crap like "Employee Appreciation Week" when the managers give each other gifts., and give it to the employees.
