We are the lowest paid out of all the banks

I have been working at TD Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I love TD culture, great people are a part of success of this organization. If you have good reporting manager, which i always had, he/she will help you to grow and develop. Younger people climb the career ladder faster.

    Cons

Huge sales goals that put a lot of pressure on you every day

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more focused on customer service and doing a right thing for the customer. A lot of employers feel pressured by the goals, and product pushing instead of proving Legendary customer service.

    Pros

Benefits are superb. Pay is moderate

    Cons

Bonuses are not in line with production levels or industry norms.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help FSRs navigate career paths within the company rather that tell us to "build our brand. Many people in my role have much larger skill sets that the job requires, and might benefit shareholders in mire challenging environments

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at TD Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Best company I have ever worked for, and I would recommend this company to any inspiring financial individuals. TD is a great place for entry level positions which offer a exceptional learning environment.

    Cons

There is no cons when it comes to working for TD Canada hence TD is the ruler of all banks and financial institutes. I've worked at a few banks and like I mentioned before, this bank is a great place to start a career in the finance world.
