Pros – Working at TDC requires a proactive approach due to the level of competition and the industry. TDC allows for creative thinking to deal with the issues.

Cons – A diverse portfolio of services that are not entirely related. Makes it difficult to develop a strategy for TDC. However, this strategy has been succesful for TDC so far.

Advice to Senior Management – Take advantage of the leader position and do not be reactive towards the competition. Take advantage of economies of scale and economies of scope.

Cons – stressful environment, no knowledge sharing, not putting the best man for the job on the assignment, to many internal meetings,
