Pros – Good salary, generous benefits, tax free work environment, Very professional Support services HR, IT, Finance

Cons – Vision very hazy- projects often cancelled or postponed and restarted again.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more transparent with the people who work for you, not everything has to be a secret.

Pros – The people selected to work there were generally very good

Cons – The HR process to get hired was a nightmare and then the Director of HR would invalidate all the negotiations made with the HR rep but you would only find out on the day of starting...so take it or leave it.

Advice to Senior Management – Company is basically going bust now.

Cons – chaotic management and lack of personal support coupled with poor recognition of the people who actually contribute to the companys success

Cons – No policies or procedures in place, hiring process is a failure, company is managed by fear

Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of the matrix management style, hire managers who know how to make decisions, please remove the ego's throughout the company and most of all hire qualified staff

Pros – Great projects, very challenging and high profile. Some extremely talented people.

Cons – Political turmoil. Lack of accountability and lack of cohesion amongst project teams. Management by fear, particularly at the top.

Advice to Senior Management – To get the best out of people, you need to act as an example to your staff. Management are ruthless.
