Pros
Products and services, employees committed to customer satisfaction
Cons
Service isn't available in all markets, sales quota's are too high.
Pros
TDS offers a great managedIP solution that enables true "anywhere" capabilities that has a positive ROI. They also train their people well.
Cons
The solutions are great, but the operational infrastructure for ordering and handling issues was broken. Employees in CO were nonchalant about issues clients would have, so client churn is very high.
Advice to Senior Management
Recruit a process improvement manager to work across departments to improve communications, expectations and understandings, thus improving the whole service delivery model. Revenues could easily double in MN with a few tweaks in process and a MN operations attitude adjustment.
Pros
Good work conditions Anonymous work conditions
Cons
Limited advancement for people outside of Madison
Advice to Senior Management
