Pros – This company is very focused in providing IT support services and model-based process improvement consulting. They have a very good government client base and are constantly working on new proposals.
Cons – Once the consultants are working for a client they are mostly on their own for success within the project and must provide their own support systems and intellectual property. However, the benefits provided are great and their support team are quick to help with any details necessary to keep the engagement going.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to hold onto your intellectual property and personnel assets and keep them engaged with clients.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Flexibility of managing your projects, timeline and work hours on your own. Management is not too involved in the development process, you get to deal with the client.
Competitive compensation and very friendly atmosphere and people.
Cons – Career advancement may not be possible, exposure limited to a few projects (not more than three). Small team environment might make you feel discouraged or more in control of your work, depending on what you like or want.
